JMS Residence Relocation Services JMS Guardianship Services will assist in the relocation of individuals who are incapable of managing their property or caring for themselves by reason of infirmities of aging, developmental disability, or similar incapacity. We will contact an appropriate real estate broker to serv as the buyer's representative. We will monitor the process to ensure that the results of the transaction are in line with the original committments communicated in the real estate transaction. We will contract appropriate movers to ensure the economical and satisfactory placement of the client in their new residence. We will follow-up to ensure that all treatment of the client has been in accordance with the dignity deserved by the resident. |
